   • Nommia Global Ltd: Registered in the Republic of Cyprus (HE 474747), this is the parent company and is the primary data controller for all non-trading services, including account management, digital banking, cryptocurrency exchange services, and educational content.
   • Nommia Trade Ltd: Registered in Saint Lucia (2025-00331), this entity is the data controller specifically for all CFD trading activities and related data.

   We collect information to provide and improve our Services, comply with legal obligations, and keep you informed. The types of personal data we may collect include:

   • Identity & Contact Data: Full name, date of birth, nationality, residential address, email address, phone number, and government-issued identification documents (e.g., passport, ID card).
   • Financial Data: Bank account details, payment card information, proof of income, financial history, transaction history, and information related to your trading experience and risk tolerance.
   • Transaction Data: Details about payments to and from you, and other details of products and services you have used with us, including your trading activity, deposits, and withdrawals.
   • Technical Data: Internet protocol (IP) address, login data, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, operating system and platform, and other technology on the devices you use to access our Services.
   • Usage Data: Information about how you use our website, products, and services, including engagement with educational materials and platform features.
