Third-Party & White-Label Partner Services - Certain services offered through the Nommia platform are provided via secure API links by our regulated white-label partner, P100. These services include EU IBAN accounts, Mastercard issuance, and cryptocurrency exchange services.
P100 Limited Liability Company (NIP: 8133879254, KRS: 0000974431) is a company registered in Poland. It has been entered into the Register of Virtual Currency Activities kept by the Director of the Tax Administration Chamber in Katowice on July 21, 2022, under the number RDWW-392. This registration is based on the Polish Act on counteracting money laundering and financing of terrorism.
Nommia Global Ltd acts as a technology provider and intermediary for these services, which are ultimately governed by P100's terms and licensing.
